• Business Information: Business name, address, logo, and contact details you provide during setup.
• Invoice Data: Client information, invoice details, line items, and payment records you create within the app. This data is transmitted to and stored on our secure cloud servers.
• Expense Data: Receipt images and extracted expense information.
• Voice Input: Audio recordings when you use voice input features, processed to create invoices.
• Camera Images: Photos captured for document scanning are uploaded to our servers and processed by third-party Optical Character Recognition (OCR) service providers to extract invoice information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your invoices, estimates, and expense records
• Enable AI-powered features like voice recognition, smart suggestions, and receipt scanning
• Authenticate your account and ensure security
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the app experience
• Respond to your comments and questions

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Invoice and business data is synced via iCloud if enabled, allowing seamless access across your Apple devices. While we use protective measures, no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide and improve our app:

• OpenAI: To power AI features like natural language processing, voice-to-invoice conversion, and smart suggestions. Your text and voice input may be processed by OpenAI's API.
• OCR Service Providers: To extract text and data from receipt and document images you upload.
• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across your devices.
• Firebase: For app analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Cloud Hosting Providers: To securely store and process your data.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with service providers as necessary to operate our service.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request access to your personal data
• Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Delete your data and account
• Export: Export your data in a portable format

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your data at any time through the app settings. After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
